The Vera Institute of Justice contracts with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, for-profit entities, and individuals to supply vendor and consulting services for projects across Vera to drive our mission.

How to Apply


  1. Browse open RFPs and RFQs on the proposal platform and make note of the location, requirements, and deadline. Confirm that you can meet the RFP/RFQ submission guidelines.
  2. Register on the proposal platform to create a username and password ahead of the proposal deadline. You will need to have a login to submit a proposal or qualification by the date specified in the RFP/RFQ.
  3. Follow instructions for RFP/RFQ application and upload any additional documentation in support of your application ahead of the deadline. Confirm that your completed application has been submitted via
