This is a 1973 report on the three-month planning phase for the Felony Disposition Project. The report explores in detail the logistic and other technical problems of this somewhat unorthodox research project. Part I gives an overview of these technical explorations, Part II summarizes the results of these explorations and outlines in detail the research operations Vera wanted to put into effect as of January 1, 1973.
