Citizen's Attitude Survey

Overview

This survey, given to citizens in Houston and Newark (see question 1) asks respondents to give an assessment of their neighborhood and community, their sense of police-community relations, any changes since July of 1982 (see questions 5 & 7) and information about themselves.
