Damien Dwin

Damien Dwin is the founder and CEO of Lafayette Square Holding Company, LLC—a minority-controlled and led asset management platform. Lafayette operates for-profit, impact-driven investment strategies designed to provide capital to companies or projects that align with our theory of change. Prior to Lafayette Square, Dwin was the co-CEO and co-founder of Brightwood Capital Advisors, LLC, a leading alternative asset manager providing debt capital to family-, founder-, and entrepreneur-owned businesses in the U.S. middle market.

He also serves on philanthropic boards for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, and the Studio Museum in Harlem, and he is a trustee of the Boys’ Club of New York and Woodberry Forest School in Virginia.
