Ayanna Pettaway
Ayanna joined The Guardianship Project in November 2013. Inspired by her grandmother’s experience with Alzheimer’s disease to serve geriatric populations and their families, Ayanna previously worked as a case manager at Madison York Assisted Living Community in Queens. She received a BS in psychology with a minor in gerontology from Molloy College and her MS in mental health counseling in 2011 from Pace University. While at Molloy, Ayanna assisted in the relocation stress syndrome research study developed by the school’s Department of Gerontology and Social Work.
