Natalie Kaminsky

Natalie Kaminsky is a regional manager for the Unaccompanied Children Program at the Center on Immigration and Justice, a national initiative to increase access to legal information and representation for unaccompanied children facing removal. She is a lawyer who practiced in the litigation departments of the law firms Jackson Lewis PC and Goodwin Procter LLP before joining Vera. At Jackson Lewis, Natalie worked on wage and hour litigation matters, and at Goodwin Procter, in addition to handling consumer financial services, securities, and employment matters, she provided pro bono representation to clients in immigration and criminal matters.

Natalie has also worked as a Goodwin Procter Fellow at the Political Asylum / Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project where she conducted Know Your Rights presentations, legal screenings, and represented both detained and non-detained immigrants. Natalie also assisted clients in immigration matters through New York University School of Law’s Immigrant Defense Clinic, and during an internship with the Boston College Immigration and Asylum Project. Natalie holds a JD from New York University School of Law, and a BA in politics and economics from New York University.
