Vera Institute of Justice

Lilly Dukich is the coordinator for the impact strategy and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) teams. In this role, Lilly supports projects and initiatives as they move through Vera’s Impact Pipeline from stage 2 to stage 4.

Before joining Vera in February 2022, Lilly supported a federal mitigator in the collection, organization, and assessment of records for people in death penalty–eligible cases.

In addition to her work at Vera, Lilly has volunteered for the Petey Greene Program, where she tutored currently and formerly incarcerated college students in achieving their academic goals.

She holds a BA in psychology from the University of Vermont and an MA in social organizational psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
