Chelsea Williams-Diggs

Chelsea serves as the program manager for the Impact Pipeline, Vera’s infrastructure for developing and scaling initiatives to transform the criminal legal and immigration systems. In this role, she project manages the implementation of the Impact Pipeline and works to build cohesion and ensure alignment within the Pipeline team, as well as with teams across the institute.

Prior to joining Vera, she spent several years working at the intersection of international development, global gender policy, and youth mobilization. Chelsea holds a BA from Georgetown University and a MA in public policy, concentrating in women’s, gender, and sexuality studies from The George Washington University. She volunteers with various local organizations and serves on the board of the New York Abortion Access Fund.
