Caroline Walcott

Caroline is the program manager in Vera’s policing program, and has a background in nonprofit program development and management. Most recently she served as the director of employment services at Westhab Inc., in Westchester County, where she managed a portfolio of workforce programs across several different locations including New York City. Caroline has also managed a of variety of initiatives for Family Services of Westchester, including the Fathers Count, Re-Entry Plus, and All Women Matter programs. She holds a BA in social work from Middlesex University in the United Kingdom, and an MBA in business management from King Graduate School of Monroe College. Caroline is originally from London, where she served as a probation/parole officer for over a decade. She currently serves on the Board of Rehabilitation Through the Arts and volunteers through Volunteer New York.
