Legal Rights Presentation
The legal rights presentation serves as a basic introduction to the immigration court process. Using a question and answer format, it covers topics such as your rights in immigration court, what will happen during hearings, and the various forms of relief from removal. This section includes a written script for the legal rights presentation and an accompanying worksheet in Arabic, English, French, Korean, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese/Mandarin, and Vietnamese.
