Timothy Ross
Child Welfare Director & Senior Research Scientist at Child Trends
Tim Ross has conducted studies and published reports in child welfare, juvenile justice, health, law enforcement, housing, corrections, and other fields. During his 10 years at the Vera Institute of Justice, he served as senior research associate, director of research, and director of the Child Welfare, Health, and Justice Program. He is a member of the New York City Administration for Children’s Services Commissioner’s Advisory Board and the author of Child Welfare: The Challenges of Collaboration (Urban Institute, 2009) and co-author of The Experiences of New York City Foster Children in HIV/AIDS Clinical Trials (Vera Institute of Justice, 2009).

Dall W. Forsythe
Dall W. Forsythe is president for finance and operations for Atlantic Philanthropies. He formerly taught governmental and nonprofit financial management at the Wagner School of Public Service, New York University and has extensive management experience in the governmental, for-profit, and not-for-profit sectors. He has served as budget director for the State of New York and for the New York City Board of Education, a managing director in Lehman Brothers’ public finance department, and, for the past four years, chief administrative officer of the Episcopal Diocese of New York. He is the author of Memos to the Governor: An Introduction to State Budgeting (Georgetown University Press, 2004).
